Privacy statement

Festival Voor de Vloed is organised by Tolly Wolly Studio in Dordrecht. This page explains which personal data we process through this website, why, and how long we keep it.

What we process

Team sign-ups (Dordtse Waterhelden). Team name, contact details, the names, shirt sizes and dietary requirements of participants, and your motivation. We need this to select teams and run the event safely. We keep these until the end of the festival edition they belong to.

Newsletter. Your email address, until you unsubscribe. Every newsletter contains an unsubscribe link.

Tickets. Name, email address and order details. Payment runs through Mollie; we never see your bank or card details. We keep order data for as long as tax rules require.

Contact. Whatever you write to us, for as long as needed to answer you.

Statistics. We use Matomo, which runs on our own server. Your data is not shared with advertisers or other companies. Without your consent we measure without cookies; with your consent we place cookies that recognise returning visitors.

Cookies

The site places a functional cookie that remembers your cookie choice, and a cookie that remembers your language. Statistics cookies are only placed after you agree. You can change your mind at any time by deleting the cookies for this site in your browser; the notice will then appear again.

Your rights

You may ask to see your data, to have it corrected, or to have it deleted. Email help@festivalvoordevloed.nl and we will respond within a month. You can also complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
