Artist Roman Nieuweboer takes you on a journey in “Zwever\,” a work that is still very much a work in progress. It’s not a finished spectacle but the exploration itself: what is this floating structure capable of? More or less counterweight\, hanging upside down\, spinning\, jumping\, floating.
As the festival counts down to storm season and the city braces itself for the water\, Roman literally hovers above the ground: floating dry\, out of the flood’s reach. Technology\, performance art\, and circus come together throughout the day.
